Refund Policy
We offer full refunds on all products within 30 days of purchase date, as long as not customized.
Delivery Policy
We ship all purchases within 30 days unless otherwise noted on the product page (e.g. pre-orders). Our products ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Generally you can expect your items with 3-6 weeks but there may be situations of lost goods, resulting in longer delays. There are also unknowns for international customers regarding shipping and customs. If you do not receive your product within 4 weeks, please contact us.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase with a full refund as long as not customized merchandise. Customer is responsible for the price of shipping the item back Swag4Brands Office.
Cancellation Policy
Customer may cancel orders within 5 days for a full refund. Beyond 5 days, cancellations will not be accepted.
